Council for Law in Higher Education
Siting the latest laws and policies developments relating to higher education including an area called New Legislation Introduced to Assist Gulf Area Institutions (member only access)  and an advisory specifying Exceptions and Limitations to FERPA's Right of Access.

National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA)
Providing a list of resources to help institutions deal with the effects of disasters. Additionally, offering assistance in legal matters involved in disaster recovery, including research, expertise, and/or advice through a clearinghouse connecting members who are in need of such legal information and expertise, with those who would like to offer assistance.
