Anglo-americka vysoka skola (The New Anglo-American College in Prague), Prague, Czech Republic
Assistance Offered One semester full scholarships are being offered by the Anglo-americka vysoka skola (The New Anglo-American College in Prague) to students whose universities were affected by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. “We are an international institution teaching in the American tradition with many American students and teachers, therefore we would like to help as it may be needed by some students who have to delay their education. We can only make a small contribution, but we are hoping that other institutions will join in this effort. As a not-for-profit organization, we cannot help with a large grant, but a small number of scholarships is within our means,” says Alan Krautstengl, the President of Anglo-americka vysoka skola. First-year students can commence their studies in the Fall Semester 2005 (starting on September 29, 2005). Other students can begin their studies in the Spring Semester 2005 (starting on February 6, 2006).
