| ELS is an ESL program on the campus of Louisiana Tech University. Students affected by hurricane will receive: (1) Application fee waiver, (2) Tuition Discount, (3) Assistance in enrolling with host institution - Louisiana Tech University. Students receive native speaking conversation partner in upper levels. Completion of ELS program is accepted in place of the TOEFL exam at over 500 colleges and universities. |

| At this time, up-front tuition is not a requirement to enroll at ULM for displaced students. If displaced students have already paid tuition at one school, students will not have to pay twice. Financial aid and assistance for displaced students through Sallie Mae, USA Funds, and the Department of Education are in progress. |
