| Missouri Western State University will allow these students to enroll late. Students may live in the residence halls at no cost and enroll at in-state tuition rates, $146.00 an hour. Students will also be asked to purchase a meal plan for the semester. Western’s Financial Aid office will work with students to see what federal aid the student qualifies for and assist in completing applications for the aid.
