| Alverno College is currently able to accept up to twenty resident female undergraduate students, along with larger numbers of commuter students, for the current semester. The college is working with students on individual bases regarding tuition and housing cost issues, transfer information, major/program issues and other details. | We will help financially and help transport the students to Ripon College. We will find housing for the students and help with any students needing special housing arrangements. We will also find host families which will help support any faculty and/or staff that accompany the students. |

| Fall enrollment for students affected by Hurricane Katrina. If any students affected by Hurricane Katrina wish to compete for admission and complete their degree in Wisconsin they will be charged for all the UW credits they earn and apply toward a UW degree. |

| Fall 2005 tuition will be waived for students who were enrolled at, or had previously been attending, an institution located in an area designated as a federally-designated disaster area that will be closed as a result of the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina and who instead have been, or will be enrolled, at a UW System institution as a student for the fall 2005 semester. The policy to waive tuition for these students will expire following the fall 2005 semester. |
